Our story

How it started

YU Nature Farm was born out of the need to produce clean food through permaculture and green building — observing all principles of sustainable building and syntropic agroforestry to maximise biodiversity, while offering rejuvenation, healing, and education to our guests.

Our farm is located on the beautiful hills at the southern part of Shimba Hills, 30 km from Diani Beach. What began with healing the soil has grown into a place where people experience organic food directly from our gardens, learn how food is grown with biodiversity, and find rest among the trees.
